Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is not on our list of non-returnable products (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or opened health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item you wish to return, including the original packaging and any accessories that came with it. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
