Warranty Coverage

Zane Yoga Gear offers a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the following:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Malfunctions or failures that occur under normal use and care

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
Normal wear and tear of the product
Damage caused by accidents or unauthorized repairs
Products that have been altered or modified
Any indirect or consequential damages

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email at [email protected] or call us at +1 669 606 5266. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if possible.
Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the defective product.
Return the Product: Securely package the product and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Replacement or Repair

Upon receiving the returned product and confirming the defect, we will either:

Repair the product, or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal value.

We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product back to you.

Limitation of Liability

Zane Yoga Gear’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.
